Technology Specialist (Networking and Security)
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering.  
  • Candidate with CCNP or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years of project deployment experience in networking / security or minimum 5 years of technical support experience.
  • Customer service-oriented; strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be a team player as well as work well with others.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management processes is desired.
Customer Technical Engineer
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in IT support /installation for PC, server, LAN products or related field.
  • Candidates with MCTS / MCITP or CCNE certification are preferred but not compulsory as professional training & certification will be provided.

Corporate Account Manager
Requirements
  • Diploma / Post-Graduate Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field as Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent studies are preferable.
  • Excellent with minimum 2 years of successful direct sales experience in Information Technology Solution / Services or related industries.
  • Candidates with proven sales track records from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem- solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Computer literate and able to demonstrate proficiency in software applications will be an added advantage but not compulsory as training will be provided.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with all level of people.
  • Highly motivated and goal- driven.
