Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply — training will be provided!
  • Experience in sales support or customer service is an added advantage.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily activities, including preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support sales targets by following up on leads, handling customer inquiries (via phone, email, or in person).
  • Maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate sales campaigns and promotional activities, liaising with internal teams (technical support, marketing, and finance) to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Communicate customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights to the sales team to support continuous improvement.
  • Manage customer relationships and assist in addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess degree in any field (IT, Computer Science or Engineering would be great).
  • Excellent with minimum 3 years technical support experience or Pre-sales Support Experience.
  • Or minimum 3 years relevant sales experience would be great.
  • Need to be keen in learning because IT infrastructure compromises various technology, solutions and products from multiple vendors (e.g. Microsoft, HPE, VMware, VEEAM, Ruckus).
  • Able to converse fluently in English.
