    Job Summary

      The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role focuses on promoting the company's Managed Cloud Services, Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), Disaster Recovery-as-a-Service (DRaaS), Cybersecurity and Enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions. Working closely with customers, technology partners and internal teams, the Sales Manager will identify business opportunities, provide consultative solutions, and ensure successful delivery of customer requirements while building long-term business relationships.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales and profitability targets.
      • Build and manage strategic customer relationships to drive recurring business and long-term partnerships.
      • Promote the company's Cloud, Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Backup, Disaster Recovery and Enterprise IT Infrastructure solutions.
      • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, solution discussions and commercial negotiations.
      • Prepare quotations, tenders, business proposals and presentations.
      • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure and post-sales engagement.
      • Collaborate with technical, project, marketing, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
      • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and opportunity pipelines.
      • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.

      Qualifications

      • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
      • Minimum 1 year experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Cloud Solutions, Managed Services, System Integration, or Cybersecurity.
      • Proven track record in enterprise business development and achieving sales targets.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, virtualization, servers, storage, and networking.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Experience managing or delivering IT infrastructure projects is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer engagement skills.
  • Microsoft Azure or other cloud certifications will be an added advantage.
